We look forward to meeting you and your family for an evening of touring the campus, exploring our curriculum, and meeting students and teachers on January 30 from 5 to 7 PM.
Tradition Lottery – 12 Monthly Drawings
The Tradition Lottery is an annual joint fundraising event between Reitz Memorial and Mater Dei High Schools. Yearly tickets are $100 each, with monthly drawings for $10,000, $1,500, $1,000 and $500. Winning numbers go back into the pot after each drawing, giving you wonderful odds to win. Drawings take place on the third Thursday of every month of the year, with the the first drawing in January.

Big Bingo – March 15, 2020
Big Bingo is another annual joint fundraising event between Reitz Memorial and Mater Dei. The evening is a fun-filled, St. Patrick’s Day-themed gathering that includes 20 games of big bingo, an Irish band, pull-tabs, and a basket auction. With a record number of 1,341 tickets sold in 2019, the event was completely sold out!
Tradition Golf Outing – June 22, 2020
The fourth yearly shared event between Reitz Memorial And Mater Dei, the outing is held at Evansville Country Club. An average of 30 foursomes, made up of local businesses and donors, play in the scramble style event which includes lunch, reception and awards. The Tradition Classic, and all other joint events throughout the year, are held to allow all families the option of an affordable, Catholic, high school education.
Tomorrow’s Work Force – Fall, 2020
In 2001, Reitz Memorial and Mater Dei High Schools initiated a program to recognize students for their leadership, academic achievement and community involvement. This program became known as Tomorrow’s Work Force. The luncheon event brings together student Leadership Award recipients, parents, Reitz Memorial and Mater Dei leadership, and prominent business and community leaders.
