Payment Options
Note: FACTS Management Company will manage our tuition payment program through their online payment system.  Families will receive an email notification in early June to register and complete a payment agreement.  Your student's enrollment is not final until tuition is paid in full or a payment agreement has been completed.  Please contact the school Bookkeeper Monica Hammett at (812)474-2943 ext. 3490 or email monicahammett@evdio.org to make other arrangements if needed. Payment through FACTS is encouraged, but payments are always accepted at Reitz Memorial as well.


Payment in Full
The entire amount of tuition and all associated fees paid by July 5, 2018. Respond to the FACTS email invitation in early June to submit an electronic payment. There is no fee to pay in full by July 5, 2018.

Semester Payments ($40 processing fee per family)
The entire amount of tuition and all associated fees paid in two installments.  The first payment is to include ALL fees and ½ of the tuition balance by July 5, 2018.  The second payment is on December 5, 2018.  Respond to the FACTS email invitation in early June to complete the payment agreement.  A $40 processing fee, per agreement, will be added to the tuition balance.

10 Monthly Payments ($75 processing fee per family)
The tuition and fee balance paid monthly.  The first payment is to include ALL fees and 1/10 of the tuition balance by the parent’s choice of either July 5, 2018 or July 20, 2018.  If the parent choses July 5, the remaining tuition payments will be made on the 5th of each month (August 5, 2018-April 5, 2019).  If the parent choses July 20, the remaining tuition payments will be made on the 20th of each month (August 20, 2018-April 20, 2019).  Respond to the FACTS email invitation in early June to complete the payment agreement.  A $75 processing fee, per agreement, will be added to the tuition balance.

20 Semi-Monthly Payments ($75 processing fee per family)
The tuition and fee balance paid semi-monthly.  The first payment is to include ALL fees and 1/20 of the tuition balance by July 5, 2018.  The next payment will be on July 20, 2018.  The remaining tuition payments will be made on the 5th and the 20th of each month (August 2018-April 2019.)  Respond to the FACTS email invitation in early June to complete the payment agreement.  A $75 processing fee, per agreement, will be added to the tuition balance.

Credit Union Loan
Contact the Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union (ETFCU) to fill out the loan application.  The loan amount will be sent directly to Reitz Memorial High School to pay tuition.  Payments are made directly to ETFCU and can be made over a ten or twelve-month period with a very competitive rate.  Reitz Memorial High School has an agreement with ETFCU that allows nearly all applications for tuition loans to be approved.  However, there are a few exceptions.
