Payment Options


Note: FACTS Management Company manages our tuition payment program through their online payment system.  Families will receive an email notification to register and complete a payment agreement.  Payment through FACTS is encouraged, but payments are always accepted at Reitz Memorial.  Please contact Monica Hammett at (812)303-0008 or email monicahammett@evdio.org if you need to make other payment arrangements.

Payment in Full
The entire amount of tuition and all associated fees paid by July 5, 2019. Respond to the FACTS email invitation to submit an electronic payment. There is no fee to pay in full by July 5, 2019.

Semester Payments ($40 processing fee per family)
The entire amount of tuition and all associated fees paid in two installments.  The first payment is to include ALL fees and ½ of the tuition balance by the parent's choice of either July 5, 2019 or July 22, 2019. If the parent chooses July 5, the second tuition payment will be made on December 5, 2019. If the parent chooses July 22, the second tuition payment will be made on December 20, 2019.   Respond to the FACTS email invitation to complete the payment agreement.  A $40 processing fee, per agreement, will be added to your account.

10 Monthly Payments ($75 processing fee per family)
The tuition and fee balance paid monthly.  The first payment is to include ALL fees and 1/10 of the tuition balance by the parent’s choice of either July 5, 2019 or July 22, 2019.  If the parent chooses July 5, the remaining tuition payments will be made on the 5th of each month (August 2019-April 2020.)  If the parent chooses July 22, the remaining tuition payments will be made on the 20th of each month (August 2019-April 2020).  Respond to the FACTS email invitation to complete the payment agreement.  A $75 processing fee, per agreement, will be added to your account.

20 Semi-Monthly Payments ($75 processing fee per family)
The tuition and fee balance paid semi-monthly.  The first payment is to include ALL fees and 1/20 of the tuition balance by July 5, 2019.  The next payment will be on July 22, 2019.  The remaining tuition payments will be made on the 5th and the 20th of each month (August 2019-April 2020.)  Respond to the FACTS email invitation to complete the payment agreement.  A $75 processing fee, per agreement, will be added to your account.

Tutition Assistance
Reitz Memorial High School is an approved Indiana School Choice Scholarship (voucher) school.  The voucher is an award from the state to the student to cover tuition and some fees at an approved private or parochial school of their choice. Memorial can also award tax credit scholarships (SGO's) and has other tuition assistance available for our students from the Catholic Education Foundation and other generous donors who support Catholic education.  Call us at (812) 303-0008 to discuss how we can assist your family.
