Be it known to all who enter that Christ is the reason for this school.
He is the unseen but ever present teacher in its classes.
He is the model of its faculty and the inspiration of its students.
Reitz Memorial High School works to build a community of faith founded on Catholic principles where students not only receive an excellent education, but they are also prepared to be disciples of Jesus Christ. The faculty and staff provide a safe environment where students are taught to love God and their neighbor in concrete ways.
To build a community of faith rooted in the Catholic Tradition involved the participation of all of its members. Therefore, we instill in the students a need to put into practice the virtues of faith, hope and love.
Considering the challenges that our students find today in living out their faith we want to give them the tools necessary to be people of integrity in a drastically changing culture. For this reason we focus on three fundamental and interrelated elements: Theology, Spirituality and Service, which address the intellectual, spiritual and human formation of our young people.
